Customer Agreement
We offer layaways on items in excess of $1000.

Shipping & Handling
(If you are planning on purchasing via credit card please contact us via email or call at 804-815-5151. This must be done before the transaction can take place so that shipping costs can be calculated into the credit card order.) Shipping and handling costs are $35 per item where the sales price is less than $2000 and $65 per item where the sales price is $2000 or greater. Shipping and Handling costs are included in the price of the item.  Each item shipped is packed professionally. Any firearms requiring an FFL or C&R are received in shipping when the item is paid-in-full and we have a signed in ink FFL or C&R (FFL & C&R must have legible Premise Address and License Number). C&R's must be signed in ink and mailed. C&R's are accepted by mail only. All FFL's where validity may be verified on ATF's EZ Check website may be faxed or emailed, and again, must have legible Premise Address and License Number. All handguns are shipped overnight and long guns are shipped 2nd day air using UPS & Fed-Ex unless otherwise requested. Other militaria purchased on-line when applicable will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

A 6% sales tax will be added to your total.

Return Policy
We give a three day inspection period which does not include layaways. We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as it was shipped in order to receive a refund. We refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs and orders placed on credit cards will be subject to a 3% restocking fee.

You may purchase any of our items from our online store using the "Buy It Now" button. Payments may be made by way of credit card, money order, cashier's check, or personal check. When paying by personal check please allow time for the payment to be cleared by the bank. Upon placing an order for a firearm or curio and relic that requires either an FFL or C&R license within 2 business days please call Frank or Kristin at (804) 815-5151 to begin processing your order. When sending payment via check or money order please specify on the memo what item you have purchased. If payment is not received in 10 business days, the order will be canceled and the item will be returned to stock immediately.
A 10% deposit will hold an item for 30 days. A 20% deposit will hold an item for 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.
No International Firearm Sales. US Only.

We check all of our firearms for completeness as well as mechanical functionality. We do not test fire all of the items that we have for sale, therefore We DO NOT guarantee our used/collectible firearms to feed, function or fire. We recommend that any used/collectible firearm be checked out by a competent gunsmith before attempting to use.
