WWI & WWII U.S. M-1903 ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL MFG. HIGH NUMBER SERVICE RIFLE

$795.00

Original and a good solid example of a U.S.1903 RIA mfg. government issue service rifle used in both world wars. This rifle started out by being manufactured in 1918, was re-built between the wars, and ended its service life during the second world war. This is the type of rifle that was used by both the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps between the wars and certainly by the USMC in the early years of WWII. This rifle has a decent bore which would rate about a 7 on a scale of 1-10. The stock remains very solid and is not cracked, although was boned during its original use and is void of any visible cartouches. Overall a good solid example of the classic GI issue 1903 Rifle. Being a high number RIA rifle it would be safe to shoot.
